TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR CANDIDATES THROUGH KHOJ
CONSULTANTS APPLICABLE FROM MAY 1, 2000 1. It is
presumed that any candidate seeking employment and sending in his/her resume
against an advertisement or even applying otherwise has gone through these
Terms and has accepted them. 2. If a
candidate has signed the Letter of Appointment or Letter of Offer from a
company and does not join the organization, he/she agrees to pay us the
payment the agency would have received from the company. 3. If the
candidate joins an organization but leaves before a period of 6 months from
the date of joining, he/she will have to pay us the amount received from the
company by the agency. 4. In case of
overseas placements, if the candidate has accepted the offer and does not
join or joins elsewhere, he or his guardians will have to pay us an amount
equivalent to US$2000. 5. If you are
selected in a particular organization, you will not refer any candidates in
your present work place or otherwise known to you directly to our client.
Should you do so, you will have to pay us what the client would have paid to
us. 6. If a
candidate applies directly to a company after the agency has taken consent
for the job and gets the job, he/she would have to pay us the amount we would
have got from the company 7. As soon as you send us a mail, your name will come on to our
mailing list and we would have the right to send you our various mailers. To
have your name removed please send a draft in the name of KHOJ CONSULTANTS
for Rs 2500. if you have sent in your resume that would also be removed
simultaneously |
